Microsoft Outlook occasionally disables the JobTraQ Sync Add-in because of an Outlook crash or a “safe mode” operation. If this happens, follow these steps to re-enable it.

Outlook 2010 and 2013

  1. Go to the File menu and click Options
  2. Click the Add-ins button on the left side of the window
  3. Click the Go button at the bottom of the add-ins window
  4. Find “JobTraQ Sync for Outlook” in the list and check its box
  5. Click Ok
  6. Close Outlook and re-open it
  7. The JobTraQ Sync add-in will begin to synchronize and will run normally
