Access Control and Security

Users can only upload and retrieve files from fields and records that they have been given permission to access. This means that if the Accounting department attaches invoices to their tasks, employees in other departments will not be able to see those invoice files unless they are specifically given access to those tasks. If they have access to those tasks, they still will be unable to upload or download files from a specific attached file field unless they are granted permission to upload and download in that field.
