Swift Software is a growing product-centered B2B software company seeking a talented and customer-focused business analyst to join our professional services team in Frederick, MD.
You’ll work with our mid-market and enterprise customers to identify their needs, train their users and administrators, and implement solutions using JobTraQ, our powerful task management and workflow product. You’ll also work with our developers to build integrated solutions that combine JobTraQ with custom extensions and existing software systems so that our customers have seamless and simple solutions to their needs.
Our product is an advanced task management and workflow management system with a long track record of customer success. You’ll work with new and existing customers to train them to use and administer their systems, design and build business processes, and ensure that they are successful and happy with their systems.

Requirements for this Job
To qualify for this position, you should have four or more years of experience in the business software industry. You should be able to quickly understand customer requirements, identify gaps, and work with stakeholders to design and implement robust workflows and business solutions. More importantly, you should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, because you will be “the face of the company” for all the customers you work with. Strong project management, training, documentation and operational handoff skills are also required.
Because this job requires tight integration with our team, you must be able to work in our office in Frederick, MD when you are not travelling. Travel requirements vary between 20% and 40%.

Salary will be $60000 to $90000 depending on qualifications. This position participates in our profit sharing plan to reward teams who deliver excellent service and performance to our clients.
