Swift Software is a growing product-centered B2B software company seeking a talented product support specialist to join our team in Frederick, MD to provide product support to our broad base of happy customers.
Our product is an advanced task management and workflow system with a long track record of customer success. You’ll work with new and existing customers to help them learn how to get the most out of our visual workflow engine. You’ll also help them troubleshoot problems and build new systems, and you’ll gather their feedback and use it to help our development team plan the future of our product.

Requirements for this Job
To qualify for this position, you should have at least four years of experience in customer service and at least four years of experience with business software or IT. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Because this job requires tight integration with our team, you must be able to work in our office in Frederick, MD.

Salary will be $70000 to $85000 depending on qualifications. This position participates in our profit sharing plan to reward teams who deliver excellent service and performance to our clients.
